Health  Avenue Family Clinic   is a  family-oriented  multispecialty clinic established  last  November  28, 2015, with the tall  vision  of  promoting  a  healthy , functional  and  productive  community  by  providing  utmost  quality  health care  to every member  of the family  at  a reasonable   cost.
